Originally from Italy, Vincenza Mancini co-founded Mancini Legal with her husband, Alessandro Mancini, in 2012. As Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the firm’s financial management and administrative operations, helping to ensure that the business runs efficiently and continues to provide clients with a responsive, accessible service.

Vincenza plays a central role in the managing of the firm’s day-to-day administration, financial planning, accounts and business processes. Her organised and practical approach supports the wider team and helps maintain the high standards of client care on which Mancini Legal was founded.

Working closely with Alessandro on the management of the business, Vincenza ensures its resources and internal processes are organised effectively and aligned with its commitment to delivering an accessible, efficient and personal legal service.
