Daniel is Head of Commercial and Corporate at Mancini Legal, advising businesses, shareholders and individuals on corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder issues, and succession and exit planning. He also supports clients on commercial disputes and their resolution.

Daniel oversees the firm’s Commercial and Corporate department, setting the team’s approach to client matters while also supporting the Civil Litigation department on contentious commercial work.

Daniel brings a rigorous, technically precise approach combined with a practical focus, helping clients cut through complexity to reach commercially sound outcomes.
